Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract lasting working through March 2025 working with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. -Job Description: -Are you a skilled project manager with a strong understanding of facility management and CAFM systems? We are seeking a contractor to oversee day-to-day project management activities, ensuring all parties are aligned and on track for successful implementationThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a system upgrade that will align with our organization's business goals and objectives.Must Have: -

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: With your strong analytical capabilities, you will assess the current state of our CAFM system, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutionsYour ability to evaluate processes and make informed decisions will drive improved business outcomes.
• Change Management: Understanding the implications of change management, you will partner with our designated Change Lead to ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded systemYour planning abilities will minimize resistance and foster user adoption.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including WPS and facility managers, IT staff, vendors, and end-usersYou will gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: We value your mindset of continuous improvementYour ability to seek feedback, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to optimize the system's functionality and value will make a significant impact.
