team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role:The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily employee activities in our food manufacturing facility. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all aspects of production ensuring high quality food products are produced in accordance with all operating standards.Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environmentReview daily production schedules and ensure that staff and equipment are set-up and prepared to meet production requirementsProactively manage, coach, and develop employee performanceReview hourly timesheets and approve hours for all permanent and temporary employeesEnsuring the approved level of staffing per production requirement is utilized, including planning and approval of vacation requestsEnsure that production adheres to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Facilitating and coaching TMOS meetings and problem-solving eventsThe duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks.
