Responsibilities: Manage the AP inbox and respond to
internal/external inquiries Process incoming credit memos and
ensure proper documentation and application Perform account
reconciliations to maintain accuracy of vendor records Enter
complex data related to a large-scale project, ensuring precision
and consistency Assist with other full-cycle AP duties as needed,
including invoice processing, payment runs, and month-end closing
Qualifications: 2 years of experience in accounts payable or
related accounting roles Proficiency in accounting software and
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to
detail and reconciliation skills INJUN2025
