Position Summary As a Fraud Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to create a difference in the lives of our customers every single day. You will use sound judgement to assess the risk level when reviewing accounts for possible fraudulent activity. You will also assist with investigations on fraud cases with direction from your Team Leader.
