Job Description:

to finish. This role involves preparing construction documents for
a variety of development projects while ensuring smooth project
execution. Strong organizational and communication skills are
essential to proactively resolve issues and keep projects on track.
The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex challenges and
provide effective leadership. Key Responsibilities: Prepare
construction documents for various project types Ensure project
compliance with relevant codes and regulations Work with agencies
to secure necessary permits Collaborate with clients, architects,
and subcontractors Create job specifications for construction
Estimate construction costs and ensure adherence to requirements
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering EIT, or FE
certification, with plans to obtain P.E. license 3 years of
relevant experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of relevant codes,
