Job Description Job Description Architectural Draftsman Architectural Draftsman Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans that align with project specifications and client requirements. This role involves collaborating with architects and other professionals to develop accurate designs that meet both functional and aesthetic needs. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations in all drawings. Create presentation drawings for client meetings and project proposals. Revise and update plans based on feedback from architects and clients. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications. Participate in on-site visits to gather information and verify project progress. Qualifications Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles. Knowledge of construction methods and building codes. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
