Requirements What You’ll Do: As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will: Design and Implement Curriculum : Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate for this role has: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education Minimum entry-level courses and preferably some experience A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community Why Choose Encompass?
