Responsibilities Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve service techniques. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while in the field. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
