Robotic Welder About the Opportunity Join a modern, technology?driven weld shop where you’ll operate CNC robotic welding equipment and support high?quality production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys automation, precision work, and a fast?moving manufacturing environment. You’ll work with reliable equipment, clear processes, and a supportive team focused on quality and efficiency. What You’ll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Operate large?scale CNC robotic welding machines Perform secondary finishing work (grinding, sanding) Support nearby operations during downtime (e.g., brake press, general cleanup) Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas Follow all quality and safety procedures What You Bring Ability to read drawings and understand weld symbols Basic shop math skills Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Stand and walk for full shift Lift 10–50 lbs. as needed Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
