Maintenance

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1) Minor building maintenance activities: plumbing repairs, replace light bulbs, keeping sidewalks clear or snow/ice, keep storage areas orderly

2) Monitor and fix compressed air leaks throughout the building

3) Complete the minor scheduled PM¿s (preventative maintenance) on HVAC systems

4) Complete the minor scheduled daily/monthly PM's for air compressors, nitrogen generation equipment, air dryer

5) Building system inspections: monthly fire sprinkler system testing w/contractor, weekly control valve inspections, fire extinguisher inspections, exterior storm water inspections

6) PM's on the lift batteries in shipping area

7) Respond to light janitorial requests (daily cleaning handled by service)

8) Miscellaneous employee request as approved by supervisor
