Fond du lac Regional Clinic, a 105 physician multispecialty group serving east central Wisconsin as part of SSM Health, is seeking a Physiatrist to join their team in Fond du Lac. The Opportunity

• This is a general outpatient focused practice which includes musculoskeletal, neurological, spine rehabilitation and electro-neurodiagnostics. US is available for office procedures.
• This is a fulltime (1.0 FTE) position with a four-day workweek
• There is one other MD and and APNP in the department.
• Telephone call only with minimal after hour calls
