Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to patient assessments and ensure the well-being of patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, including self-care and follow-up care.
• Work in a safe and alert manner.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing.
  • No experience required.Physical Demands
    • Constant standing and walking.
    • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
    • Frequent sitting, reaching, and keyboard use/data entry.Professional Requirements
      • State of Work Location: Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
      • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association.
