Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shifts, Friday to Sunday, 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in LTC required License: Valid WI License required at time of application Certifications: BLS, AHA certifications required prior to start; Flu Vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Must-Have: - Experience in rehab, use of IVs, PICCs, and wound care - Candidates will float within hospital when needed Job Description: - Provide patient care in a nursing home setting during weekend day shifts - Utilize nursing skills in rehab, IV, PICC usage, and wound care - Flexibility to float within hospital as necessary - Compliance with modules completed during orientation - Maintain communication and coordination with the healthcare team - Adhere to healthcare safety standards and protocols - Completion of background checks and lab appointments within required timeframes - Provide excellent patient care and support in a long-term care setting Candidates should be ready for an ASAP START and be prepared to adjust their schedules for compliance requirements.
