Job Description:
Join a 27-bed telemetry unit focused on primary GI patient care,
offering a sign-on bonus and leadership growth opportunities.
The RN Team Lead acts as a role model, coach, and clinical
resource, overseeing patient care, staff performance, and
department operations.
Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care,
mobilizing the care team for positive outcomes, ensuring staff
competence, and fostering effective communication and a positive
work environment.
Requirements: RN license in Virginia or eligibility, 1-2 years
clinical and leadership experience, CPR (additional certifications
as needed), and proficiency with electronic records (EPIC).
De-escalation training within four months is mandatory. Full-time,
evening/night shifts with rotating holidays and weekends.
