Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/21/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Duties & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to adult patients in a step-down/PCU setting Monitor telemetry and manage cardiac conditions (MI, CHF, arrhythmias, etc.) Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions Document accurately and maintain patient records Participate in unit-based performance improvement activities Requirements: Active RN license – Wisconsin or Compact (NLC) BSN or Nursing Diploma from an accredited school ?? BLS (AHA) – Required ??
