Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care Location: Beaver Dam, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,200 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: LTC Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: LTC/SNF Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hour shifts; every other weekend and holiday Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience with elderly patients Description: Department: LTC RN Type of Facility: Nursing Home Number of Beds/Residents: 70, majority private EMR System: ECS Nurse Ratios: RN's: 1:20, LPN's: 1:20, CNA's: 1:8 Common Diagnoses/Patient Types: Dementia, frail elderly, rehabilitation Job Duties: - Charting - Assessments - Charge duties - Administration of medications - Clinical skills such as IV therapy, catheterization, and ostomy care Experience Requirement: Experience with elderly patients is essential IVs and Titrated Drips: Yes Telemonitoring: Not required on this unit RN Responsibilities: RN's are not required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab Management Availability: DON, Charge Nurse, House Supervisor present Physician Availability: Physicians available after hours Interdisciplinary Team: Includes therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, and housekeeping Respiratory Therapy: On-site available 24/7 Pharmacy: On-site medication dispensing system Shifts & Scheduling: Block schedule with 4 nurses and 7 aides during day/PM shifts; 2 nurses and 3-4 aides at NOC Weekend Requirements: Must work every other weekend unless otherwise specified Holiday Requirements: Must be available for at least half of holidays during the assignment Floating Requirements: Yes Dress Code: Any solid color, clean and professional attire Unit/Department Specific Orientation: Varies based on skills and experience Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
