operations of the pharmacy department. Ensure compliance with
federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations. Improve

customer satisfaction. Lead and develop a team of pharmacists and
pharmacy technicians, fostering an environment of professional
growth and compliance. Manage pharmacy inventory effectively,
including ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels. Conduct
regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure team
alignment with corporate goals and objectives. Collaborate with
