Physical Therapist Location: Waupun, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: State License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Geriatrics experience Neurology experience Orthopedics experience Sport Medicine experience Outpatient clinic experience Description: Seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic. The clinic serves patients ranging from age 10 to geriatric with a variety of diagnoses. The therapist will primarily work with orthopedic outpatient cases. Occasionally, they may see inpatients with diagnoses of weakness or post-operative conditions. This role requires strong skills in assessing and providing rehabilitation for various conditions. Candidates with experience in geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, and sports medicine are preferred. The therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing plans of care. Effective communication with patients and families is essential for education and safety. The position does not require weekend shifts. Candidates who reside within 70 miles of the facility will not be accepted for this position. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
