Job Description Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2560.00 /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Home Health /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 8-hour day shifts, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with potential flexibility based on census /n• Guaranteed 40 hours per week for 13-week contract /n• Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation required /n• On-call responsibilities 2-3 times per month /n• Serve 20-25 patients with average of 4.5 visits per day /n• Travel 25-60 miles per day depending on territory and patient census /n• Potential to float to Medford, Antigo, and Wisconsin Rapids locations /n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), Active Wisconsin or Compact license, Valid Driver's license /n• OASIS certification preferred /n• Minimum 2 years home health experience required /n• Prior travel experience required /n• Charting experience in OASIS required, Epic preferred /n• Perform OASIS admissions, episode management, doctor calls, coordination of care /n• Provide clinical competencies in wound care, IV therapy, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management /n• Complete timely documentation in EMR /n• Navy blue scrubs required /n• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred /n• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health services to patients in their own environments, focusing on personalized care and patient independence.
