per week. Shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

fullest. We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Hand and Upper
Extremity Fellow (OT) to: - Attend and participate in didactic
education designed to advance clinical reasoning and pattern
recognition in the hand and upper extremity. - Challenge your own
clinical decision making through constructive feedback in didactic
units, case presentations and scholarly inquiry. - Form alliances
with patients and their families with the common goal of optimizing
function following acute injuries, cumulative and non-traumatic
injuries, and surgical procedures related to hand and upper
extremity impairments. - Expand knowledge and interventional skills
in lymphedema. - Collaborate on a weekly basis with advanced
practitioners and board certified, fellowship trained orthopedic
and plastic surgeons. - Treat a variety of pre- and post-operative
upper extremity conditions while being mentored by staff. -
Collaborate with other providers in coordinating patient and family
care across multiple services. Please submit the following items

Graduate of an accredited, entry-level degree program
(Baccalaureate or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required -
Credentialed by National Board of Certification for Occupational
Therapists (NBCOT) Required - Must obtain NPI number prior to
starting the fellowship program Required Work Experience - 1 year
of prior relevant experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications -
Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
Upon Hire Required - Basic Life Support (BLS) within 3 months
