Nurse – Electrophysiology/Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Wisconsin
Start Date: March 23, 2026 Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
12-hour day/evening shifts (0630-1900), one weeknight call starting
at 1700, approximately every 7th weekend call rotation Highlights:
Work in a nationally recognized, high-performing cardiology program
at a Magnet-designated academic medical center Perform complex
cardiovascular procedures including EP ablations, device implants,
cardiac catheterizations, and interventional nephrology procedures
Utilize advanced technology including cryo ablation, RF ablation,
pulse field ablation systems, and CARTO/ENSITE mapping Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team of expert physicians, fellows,
researchers, and cardiovascular specialists Epic EMR system
required; recent experience within the last 12 months preferred
Participate in shared governance and evidence-based practice
initiatives within a patient- and family-centered care environment
Requirements: Active Wisconsin RN license or compact license from
permanent address state (must be in hand at submittal) Minimum 2
years of acute care experience within the last 3 years; 3 years
ICU-level experience preferred Recent Cardiovascular Laboratory
and/or Electrophysiology Laboratory nursing experience required ICU
experience with adult populations and moderate sedation experience
required BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart
Association ONLY Basic arrhythmia experience; must pass telemetry
exam with strict passing criteria prior to start Epic EMR
experience required, preferably within the last 12 months Permanent

pre-employment testing requirements including a mandatory telemetry
competency exam. Orientation is typically one week. Weekend
