Job Description:
Southern Health Partners is seeking a transformative healthcare

providing customized, high-quality medical care, you will play a
key role in reshaping patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of
care. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of
innovating healthcare services in a cost-effective manner, ensuring
that each patient receives the best possible treatment while
maintaining security and compliance standards. Assess patient
health issues and needs within the correctional facility. Develop
and implement nursing care plans for inmates. Maintain medical
records and prepare reports detailing patient's health and
progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and administrative
personnel to ensure compliance with health standards and
regulations. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Respond to emergencies and provide necessary medical
interventions. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress environments
Strong ethical grounding and understanding of compliance issues
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current RN license CPR and First-Aid certifications ACLS (Advanced
Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
