Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for inmates Implement healthcare practices according to national standards and evidence-based medicine Work collaboratively with correctional facility staff to integrate healthcare services Document all medical consultations and treatments accurately Provide urgent and emergency care as needed Participate in ongoing education and professional development sessions Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards within the correctional healthcare environment Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Proficiency in using medical records and information systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in challenging environments Capable of making quick and effective decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN or similar licensure required BLS/ACLS certification Certification in Correctional Health Care (CCHP) preferred but not mandatory
