6:30AM – 3:00PM with potential to flex hours depending on workload.
No weekends. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the
department. Pay: - This position may be eligible for a $4,000
sign-on bonus. - Additional components of compensation may include:

in the quality and safety of patient care, performing a wide range
of procedures that assist our providers with the diagnosis,
treatment and management of patients and their health needs. We are
seeking a Senior Histology Technician – Surgical Pathology or
Dermatopathology to: - Provide daily direction to laboratory staff
with regard to laboratory policies and procedures and serve as the
dedicated resource for procedures, equipment and education. - Serve
as a comprehensive provider of laboratory testing, expert medical
interpretation of specimens and innovation in laboratory technology
- Develop and maintain teaching / training materials. - Coordinate
work-flow throughout the laboratory to ensure quality results are

Degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology OR
Education and training equivalent to an associate degree to
include: Education: 60 semester hours including either 24 semester
hours of medical laboratory technology courses or 24 semester hours
of science courses Required - Bachelor's Degree in medical
technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or
biological science Preferred Work Experience - 2 years histology or
relevant laboratory experience. Required - 3 years histology or
relevant laboratory experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications
- Histotechnician / Histotechnologist (American Society for
