This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum
tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and
requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday – Friday,
Clinic and Surgery · Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient ·
Types of Cases: bread and butter ear, nose, throat (ENT) procedures
· Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days · Electronic Medical Record
(EMR): Epic · Certifications Required: must be board certified,
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS) · Licensure
Required: Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical License Compact
