Job Description Rheumatology opening in Wisconsin - H1b eligible * Located in *Neenah, WI - 40 miles from Green Bay Full-time, permanent opening Employed position Joining a provider group at a non-profit medical center The team consists of 3 Physicians, 1 NP, RNs, & MAs Schedule: 36 patient contact hours per week (4 or 5 days work week) Call: Every 3rd week (minimal by phone call ONLY) Patient Census: 15-16 (60-minute new eval & 30 minutes follow-ups) Outreach Clinic at Critical Access Hospitals EPIC EMR used throughout the health system Offer Details: Income Details: Competitive Base salary RVU production Signing Bonus Vacation: 35 days inclusive of vacation, CME, and holidays CME Health/Dental/Vision Short and Long Term Disability Malpractice, Paid Tail Coverage & WI Patient Compensation Fund Licensing/Board Fees Reimbursement * Retirement Plans: 403b with a company match and 457b with a company contribution
