This role is critical in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive environment that reflects our mission and values in offering top-tier health services. Monitor patient condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Perform hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments according to the established standards. Observe and record patient vitals and treatment parameters. Educate patients about their condition and the dialysis treatments they will be undergoing. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor care plans for patients. Ensure the dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly and maintained properly. Proficient in dialysis treatment and patient care. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Technical skills to operate dialysis machines. Empathy and resilience in handling patient needs. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
