SSM Health, a Catholic, not-for-profit health system is seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) for our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care and safety for our patients, aligning with our mission of compassionate service. Supervise daily operations of nursing staff in the LTC facility, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Coordinate patient care activities and establish priorities in the nursing department. Develop and implement staff schedules and assignments. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements. Manage staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical and administrative nursing operations Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Medical Insurance Current RN license in the state of practice Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred: Certification in Gerontological Nursing or similar
