Job Description:
SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI) seeks
an outpatient only family medicine physician to join their team of
8 physicians, 6 residents, and 7 advanced practitioners. Position:
- Outpatient only with a 4-day work week and part-time options
available - 18-20 patients per day - No call - Option to perform
scopes and other procedures based on skills and experience - Team
focused on true patient-centric and quality care - Some of the
highest KPIs in the system - Faculty appointment and ability to
work with residents - EMR-EPIC and Dax Co-pilot Scribe available -
Physician leadership is valued and kept top of mind with SSM‘s dyad
leadership model Compensation: - Base guarantee of $290,000 -
negotiable based on skills and experience - $150,000 sign-on bonus
or student loan repayment forgiven over three years - Relocation
