Job Description Infectious Disease opening in Appleton, WILocated 33 miles to Green Bay; 100 miles to MilwaukeeFull time, permanent - Full time Infectious Disease physician in both inpatient and outpatient setting (split 50/50) - Outpatient Clinic at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm - Outpatient clinic averages 14-15 patients per day with support from PSR, MA and RN - Inpatient Clinic: Regional Medical Centers-Appleton & Neenah: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with back up support from APC on Mondays and Friday - Telehealth for Critical Access Hospitals - No call during the week, weekends or holidays - The clinical population is diverse, including HIV, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, STD's, surgical and community acquired infections, as well as robust orthopedic and neurosurgery patient population - A referral base of 200 primary care physicians are committed t ~partner with the InfectiousDisease practice for inpatient and outpatient consultations - EPIC EMR used throughout health systemBenefits/Compensation:Summary Proposed comp plan components for clinical comp plan (1.0 FTE):Base = $309,483VBB opportunity = $30kSign-on Amortization = $20k/year (up to $100k in total)Base Sign on VBB = $359kProduction Incentive opportunity:5011 wrvu threshold$64.81 $/wrvu - Other Benefits: ~Retirement Plans 403b with a company match and 457b with a company contribution ~Health/Dental/Vision ~Short Term & Long Term Disability ~Life Insurance ~Malpractice, Paid Tail Coverage & WI Patient Compensation Fund ~Licensing/Board Fees reimbursement
