creating unforgettable experiences for youth? As a Field Trip
Coordinator , you’ll be the leader who brings summer adventures to
life for our Club members while keeping safety, organization, and
fun at the center of every trip. This role is perfect for someone
who loves working with kids and teens, enjoys being on the move,
and thrives in a fast?paced environment. As the primary point of
contact during off?site trips, you’ll guide participants, support
positive behavior, and ensure every outing runs smoothly even when
site supervisors aren’t present. Working closely with the Center
Director, you’ll help build schedules, plan activities, coordinate
logistics, and lead exciting adventures that our members will
remember long after summer ends. If you’re ready to turn plans into

have fun— we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Plan & lead daily,
weekly, and special event activities for youth Promote
participation and motivate members to join in trip programs Ensure
all programs meet Boys & Girls Club core standards Confirm that all
scheduled activities happen on time and as planned Maintain
appropriate participation levels for each activity Ensure all
programs and trips are safe, meaningful, and well?organized Enforce
behavior and discipline policies consistently Support youth
development by facilitating engaging experiences Track
participation numbers daily Assist with program time?tracking and
outcome reporting Help plan special events and off?site experiences
Manage and supervise all field trips, acting as the lead staff
member when off?site Complete tasks as assigned by the Center
Director Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and performance
evaluations Follow and support daily and weekly cleaning routines
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped program area Ensure
the Club environment on and off site is safe, welcoming, and
inclusive for all members Qualifications ? Qualifications Ability
to be trained in First Aid/CPR Must be 21 years or older and able
to be trained to drive a 15?passenger van At least 6 months of
supervisory experience working with youth and/or program management
Strong communication skills with Club youth, staff, and supervisors
Courteous, professional, and able to build positive relationships
with Club members, families, and community partners Ability to
motivate youth and address behavior challenges appropriately Able
to organize, manage, and supervise youth safely during both on?site
and off?site activities Must be able to pass a reference check and
