experienced HR Manager for an Oconomowoc, WI area organization.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead HR initiatives
while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate
will excel in managing employee relations, providing administrative
support, and implementing efficient HR systems. Responsibilities: •
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance
with company policies and labor laws. • Oversee the administration
of human resources operations, including payroll, benefits, and
organizational policies. • Develop and implement onboarding
processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the
team. • Administer benefit programs and maintain compliance with
regulatory requirements. • Utilize HRIS systems to streamline
processes and maintain accurate employee records. • Collaborate
with department leaders to align HR strategies with organizational
goals. • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote
employee development and engagement. • Ensure organizational
policies are current and effectively communicated to all employees.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
and drive strategic decision-making. • Proven experience in human
resources management with a strong focus on employee relations. •
Proficiency in HRIS systems and ability to manage HR-related
software tools. • Knowledge of benefit administration and
regulatory compliance. • Expertise in onboarding processes and
employee integration strategies. • Strong understanding of HR
policies, procedures, and labor laws. • Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information
with discretion. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field preferred.
