Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler Forklift Driver to join their team. As a Material Handler Forklift Driver, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operations that are vital to the company's success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Material Handler Forklift Driver Location: Waukesha, WI Pay Range: $21.42 Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm What's the Job? Unload and load shipping or receiving trucks, verifying loads and completing necessary paperwork. Utilize business systems to manage inventory control, transfer functions, and access work instructions. Put-away, pull, transfer, deliver, and retrieve materials throughout the plant efficiently. Conduct picking operations for internal and external customers, including packaging and consolidation of components. Participate in inventory control activities such as cycle counting and maintaining organized storage areas. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Forklift operation certification and experience with material handling equipment. Thorough knowledge of plant material flow and handling methods. Basic PC skills, including familiarity with MS Office preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks in a shop environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
