This position will also assist with MMS and General Sanitation duties, as well as other general labor duties as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assembles 640 boxes Fills barrels Moves 640 barrels through inverter Removes pans and angles Loads and unloads vacuum chambers Moves 640 barrels from rail area to seal area Seals 640 barrels Transports 640 barrels to pre-cooler Performs essential sanitation duties Works in a safe manner Maintains a safe and clean area Completes necessary paperwork as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor Other Duties and Responsibilities: Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Safety Protocol Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures. Correct or report any observed safety hazards. Support safety policies and programs. Qualifications: Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Required: Minimum three (3) years of experience preferred. Certification/Licensure Required: Lift Truck License prefered. Skills Required: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work. Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Follow one- or two-step verbal instructions; read and follow written instructions; perform routine and repetitive tasks and carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or verbal instructions. Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships. HSED or equivalent Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
