Job Description Job Description Tool and Die Maker Position – Tool and Die Maker Job Location – Sussex, WI Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $26-$32 per hour Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education – Associate's Degree in machine tool technology, Journeyman card, or completed apprenticeship Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience Responsibilities -Build draw, transfer, and progressive dies for the metal stamping industry -Set up and operate machines such as drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines -Build welding, inspection, and assembly fixtures per design -Performing test runs on all tools to ensure they function properly and meet print specifications -Cutting, shaping, filing, grinding, and shimming metals to specifications Qualifications -Associate's Degree in machine tool technology, Journeyman completed, or completed apprenticeship -3years experience with building metal stamping dies, and operation of Wire EDM Machines and CNC Mills -Strong blueprint reading and Quality control skills -Experience with tool room machinery Please send your resume to waukesha @seekcareers.com .
