Description: Alsum Farms & Produce Inc., a grower, packer, and
shipper of potatoes & onions located in Friesland, WI is looking
for a full-time Second Shift Production Packer! The Production
Packer is responsible for stacking bags and boxes of fresh produce
in bins and onto pallets. A Day in the Life of an Alsum Farms &
Produce Production Packer You will arrive ready to stack bags and
boxes of potatoes in the proper patterns. Depending on the
production need for the day, you could be stacking 50-pound boxes,
50-pund bales, or 5-pound, 8-pound, 10-pound, 15-pound, or 20-pound
bags in bin bins correctly and neatly. You will set up pallets and
bins throughout the day as needed to keep the packaging process
running efficiently. Why the Production Packer position is
important to Alsum Farms & Produce: You are one very important step
in the field to fork process. We need you to accurately pack and
inspect our fresh produce to prepare the pallets for warehouse
storage and customer shipment. Job Details Job Type: Full-time Job
Schedule: Monday through Friday: 4:00pm - 12:30am (Schedule may
vary depending on production demands) Work Location: Friesland, WI
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt Self-motivated and able to function
as part of a team Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50-pound
