About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Machine Operate converting equipment that produces napkins, toilet paper, bath tissue and other products within a fast paced tissue converting environment. What You Will Do Able to learn and apply operating and mechanical skills to operate process & equipment efficiently Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control Understands the Safe Operation of equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out housekeeping, inspection, lubrication, and perform simple maintenance tasks Lead small change-over Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary Complete all required documentation and data files during production. Meet required hygiene and environmental standards pursuant to customer requirement Who You Are HSED or High School Diploma required Minimum of one (1) year of prior machine operations Motivated self-starter with strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability, Support knowledge, and ability to collaborate with small and large teams to sustain production and drive improvements.
