Job Summary: The Fireline Operator I is responsible for assembling and shipping all Fireline products according to ISO procedures and third-party audit specifications. This role ensures products are accurately produced, packaged, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Primary Duties: Efficiently assemble products in the Fireline product line with high quality standards. Accurately pick and pack Fireline products using the bar code system. Ship orders using manifest, freight, and UPS systems. Maintain accurate bar code locations and inventory counts. Utilize and maintain knowledge of the ERP system. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe working environment and uphold 6S standards. Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude at all times. Accurately produce products in compliance with third-party audit specifications. Communicate effectively across all Jointmaster areas. Follow company policies and procedures and align with Inpro’s culture. Reporting & Relationships: Reports directly to the Jointmaster Supervisor. Works closely with all other Jointmaster areas. Job Specifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
