Job Category:Production & Skilled TradesSchedule:Full timeJob Description:Job Description:Rite-HiteService Techniciansinstall, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact. As an apprentice, you will spend the majority of your time working closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed to work on your own.Travel: For the first few months, travel into Milwaukee would be required to train with the lead technician. Once skill levels and confidence are acquired, you would then be independent to do the product maintenance work at our customers in the West Bend and Fond du Lac service areas.Required Experience:Rite-Hitesells the best and we hire the best. While this is an entry-level position, some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
