Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route
Sales Representative to join our dynamic Transportation & Logistics
team. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible
for managing and growing customer accounts within a specific
territory by delivering and selling our food, facilities, and
uniform services. This role demands a proactive approach in meeting
sales targets and delivering exceptional service, consistent with
Aramark's reputation for excellence and innovation in serving
leading institutions, universities, schools, and hospitals. Drive a
company-provided vehicle to deliver products and services to a
variety of clients while maintaining safety standards. Manage the
day-to-day relationships with existing clients, ensuring their
satisfaction and retention through high-quality service delivery.
Identify and target potential new clients, expanding sales
territory and increasing the customer base. Process orders and
maintain accurate sales records and reports. Implement strategies
to achieve sales targets set by the leadership team. Provide
regular feedback to management on market trends, opportunities for
growth, and competitive activities. Handle customer inquiries and
resolve complaints to maintain the reputation of excellence. Assist
in the collection of payments and maintain financial transaction
records. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent driving record and ability to navigate various routes
efficiently. Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
Proficient in using mobile devices and basic computer software.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license with
a clean driving record is mandatory. Any sales certification or
specialized training in sales and marketing would be
advantageous.
