We are seeking a Sales Associate to work with customers to determine their needs and to enhance the relationship to build strong ties. Summary of Position: Identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials Education and Experience: 1 -2 years of sales experience High School Diploma or equivalent Skills and Attributes: Ability to develop strategies to improve sales and customer base Build and establish positive relationships with customers to enhance patronage Assess customer needs Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently and within a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel as needed Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: ( 50k 75k ) per year, based on experience and qualifications Health insurance ( yes ) Retirement plan ( yes ) Paid time off and holidays ( 2weeks plus holidays ) Cell Phone plan ( company provided ) Car expense ( company provided ) Vacation scale ( 2weeks ) Working Conditions: This position may require travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Company Description Labor Solutions Professional is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry.
