Details Eligible for up to a $5000 sign-on bonus Department:
Internal Medicine Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 72 hours a
pay period. No weekends or holidays. Day off in the pay period.

salary range at the time of the offer. Responsibilities Assists
with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction
of a physician. Assists with treatments ordered by physician as
supervised by physician or registered nurse. Performs select
clinical duties. Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and
records information on patients' charts. Prepares treatment rooms
for examination of patients. Performs basic clerical duties
including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing.
Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering
and stocking of supplies. Assists with maintaining a clean and
orderly environment. Requirements Licensure / Certification /
Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of
hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association
OR American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma
equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required. Note: Required professional
licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or
experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences Medical
Assistant: Responsibilities: Assists with treatments ordered by
provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse. Performs
select clinical duties. Interviews patients, measures vital signs,
and records information on patients' charts. Prepares treatment

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS
Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
obtained within 1 Months (30 days) of hire date or job transfer
date. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of
applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu
of education or experience, if applicable. Work Experience: Some
experience as a medical assistant strongly preferred. Clinic LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse: Responsibilities: Contributes to the
assessment of patients and assures the well-being of patients.

to medications or treatments. Performs laboratory tests and
therapeutic services. Educates patients/families about disease
treatment plan including self care post discharge, holistic health
